Whether you had a surprise or a planned c-section, you’ve just had a major surgery and will need to give your body some extra time to heal, and that’s okay!
So how long will it take to heal? Every woman is different and our bodies will heal at different times, but most doctors say by 6 weeks you can do most of the things you did before your surgery. Just take it easy and do what is best for you at your own pace.
It is important to get some physical exercise each day, but when you are pregnant working out seems a little easier said than done. Exercising during pregnancy doesn’t have to be hard. I’ve done some research and made a list of some safe and easy workouts that I will be trying during my next pregnancy!
All babies cry. It is just part of life. Sometimes we know what is wrong, and sometimes we can’t figure it out. They could be crying because they are hungry, tired, cold, scared, or even full of air or gas bubbles. Babies even have a few different cries. It will take a while to learn their cries and what it means, Thankfully there are lots of tips and tricks out there to help soothe your baby. Here are some of my favorites!
